This year, like the previous one, the American Embassy in Belgrade organized a Criminal Law Summer School for law students. The summer school was organized in the period from September 5 to 9, with the aim of providing professional orientation to students who want to achieve their future career through one of the judicial professions. The school is intended for third- and fourth-year law students from all universities in Serbia.
Among the lecturers were judges, prosecutors, lawyers, guests and the USA, and representatives of the civil sector from two NGOs. On this occasion, the representative of ASTRA spoke about examples from practice and the results of the legal analysis of criminal proceedings brought for the crime of human trafficking and related crimes, which ASTRA has been doing for the last 12 years.
