Invitation to submit an offer: Awareness-raising campaign 2022

ASTRA – Anti-trafficking Action invites marketing, PR, and digital marketing agencies to submit an offer Awareness-raising and communication campaigns to inform on specific democracy / human rights issues

Ref. no. 2019/412-892, A SPACE FOR PLACE TO FIGHT HUMAN TRAFFICKING, EuropeAid/162620/DD/ACT/RS

WE ARE A civil society organization with more than two decades of experience in the fight against one of the worst existing crimes – human trafficking. ASTRA runs only a licensed SOS hotline for victims of trafficking and persons at risk in Serbia, providing direct assistance and support to victims and their families. We also do research, write shadow reports, draw attention to important issues and problems in this area, and ensure that all key actors recognize trafficking in human beings. We strive to provide adequate support to victims, respect their rights, inform as many people at risk in time as possible so that they can avoid entering the trafficking chain.

YOU ARE an agency with solid experience in understanding complex social issues and the knowledge and skills to create and market precise, clear messages and achieve a previously set goal. You have experience and good results in conducting national campaigns, and it is desirable that you know the circumstances in which civil society organizations in Serbia work. It is ideal if you have already worked with someone. You have a team that can listen to the client, learn about topics that are little known or speculated about in public, and you can – using the client’s knowledge and experience – create messages, content, and products that will meet the campaign’s goal.

TOGETHER we make a team that will create a campaign with the aim to:

  1. Inform the public on the problem of human trafficking, and especially its subtype – trafficking in human beings for the purpose of labor exploitation;
  2. Empower victims or potential victims of THB and exploitative practices, to recognize the problem of trafficking in human beings, to identify potential threats, to protect themselves, and to exercise their rights;
  3. Improve the efficiency, accountability, and visibility of CSOs involved in preventing and combating trafficking in human beings and labor exploitation.

Preferred activities and tasks within the campaign are presented in the documentation integral to this call. The complete dossier of the tender procedure can be found HERE.

Please read carefully the Instructions for tenderers, where you will find the deadlines during the tender procedure, as well as a link to detailed instructions in the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for External Actions of the European Commission (choose PRAG option for 2019). Please send us your proposal in English no later than April 24, 2022, at 00:00, by e-mail to astra@astra.rs, Head of Operations: Mirjana Bobić Mirosavljević at mm@astra.rs, Head of Policy and Learning: Jasmina Krunić at jk@astra.rs  and Communication Officer: Hristina Piskulidis at hp@astra.rs or by regular mail/in-person to ASTRA, Terazije 6/8, 11000 Beograd, Republic of Serbia.

We look forward to your application!
