ASTRA, in cooperation with the local government of Vranje, organized a two-day accredited training for representatives of institutions and organizations entitled “Support for Victims of Human Trafficking in the Social Protection System – Identification, Needs Assessment, and Planning.”
Twenty professionals from the fields of education, social protection, healthcare, and local services participated in the training, during which they developed the knowledge and skills necessary for timely risk identification and planning support for potential victims of human trafficking.
Interactive work, concrete examples through case studies, and the exchange of experiences contributed to the participants’ high motivation to apply the newly acquired knowledge in practice.
We would like to thank the local government of Vranje for its initiative and openness to joint efforts in the prevention and protection of (potential) victims of human trafficking.
