ASTRA – Anti-Trafficking Action invites qualified communication, public relations, marketing, creative and digital agencies, as well as consortia, to submit a proposal for the development and roll-out of a regional communication and advocacy campaign on technology-facilitated violence against women and girls across the Western Balkans.
The call is published within the SheSafe Online project, implemented in the framework of the regional programme “EU 4 Gender Equality: Women’s Economic Empowerment and Ending Violence against Women,” funded by the European Union and implemented jointly by UN Women and UNDP.
The maximum contract value is USD 11,250, inclusive of all applicable taxes and other costs.
Proposals must be submitted in English, electronically, by post or in person, in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documentation.
Submission deadline: 14 August 2026 at 17.00 CEST.
