ASTRA at the Conference on Digital Transformation in Tallinn

As part of a study visit for civil society organizations from the region, and within the framework of the KnowCyber project, representatives of ASTRA participated in the prestigious international conference “From Bytes to Benefits: Raising Prosperity through Digital Transformation”, held from May 28 to 29 in Tallinn, Estonia.

The conference was organized by the e-Governance Academy (eGa) and brought together as many as 598 participants from 85 countries around the world. The aim of the event was to exchange knowledge, experiences, and ideas on how digital transformation can contribute to societal development while preserving privacy, strengthening trust, enhancing resilience systems, and promoting enduring values for the benefit of citizens.

The conference program included lectures, panel discussions, and workshops with experts from various fields of digital policy and technology. Participants had the opportunity to gain new knowledge, learn about current trends, and receive inspiration, solutions, and contacts that will support their future work and the improvement of digital literacy and data protection.

For the ASTRA team, participation in this event was of great importance—not only as an opportunity for professional development but also as a step toward better understanding global digitalization trends and connecting them with human rights and user safety.
